First of all, I did not write this, but I do have permission to use this on this site.

#480 Uxie of Lake Acuity
After the events on the Spear Pillar involving the either Palkia or Diagla depending on which game you have, head over to Lake Acuity, highlighted red below.

Surf across the water and head into the cave.
You will come across Uxie.

Uxie is immediately catchable and is level 50.




#481 Mesprit of Lake Verity
After the events on the Spear Pillar involving the either Palkia or Diagla depending on which game you have, head over to Lake Verity, highlighted in red below.

Surf across the water and head into the cave.
You will come across Mesprit.

Mesprit will flee the scene and will now be able to catch at level 50 using the PokeLocator (Number 13 On The Poketch)

Mini guide to catch Mespirit easily (also applies for Cresselia) Credits to Triforce_of_Wisdom for providing me with this piece of info.

1. Fly to Hearthome City

2. Walk around for a bit, until the face has changed locations

3. If the face is near Hearthome City (in the blue areas) then head to that area. If it is in the red area, use a super or max repel as you leave Hearthome City. If it is not in any of these areas, repeat steps 1 + 2 until it is. (Use the map below)

Here are some pointers for catching it:

• SAVE THE GAME before each time you go looking for it near Hearthome City.
• It will not attack you instead it will run straight away unless you can attack first (similar to an Abra in the wild when it uses teleport) so you need a Pokemon who’s speed is at least above 100.
• It will run even if it is asleep/frozen
• It will keep the damage you do to it each time you fight it
• Try using a quick ball immediately when you see it
• And remember if you kill it and didn’t save before you can never find it again!
• If you can try to get a Pokemon with a move like Mean Look, or an ability like Shadow Tag, to stop them escaping







#482 Azelf of Lake Valor
After the events on the Spear Pillar involving the either Palkia or Diagla depending on which game you have, head over to Lake Valor, highlighted in red below.

Surf across the water and head into the cave.
You will come across Azelf.

Azelf is immediately catchable and is level 50.



#483 Diagla of Time
After you beat the leader of Team Galactic and release Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf, head to the top of Mount Coronet, after beating Team Galactic, you can battle Diagla.

Diagla is immediately catchable and is level 47.




#484 Palkia of Space
After you beat the leader of Team Galactic and release Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf, head to the top of Mount Coronet, after beating Team Galactic, you can battle Palkia.

Palkia is immediately catchable and is level 47.




#485 Heatran of Stark Mountain
After gaining the National Dex, head over to the Survival area, start climbing Stark Mountain, on the way you will meet Buck, after leading him to the Magma stone which is in a cave at the top of Stark Mountain, the Magma Stone is in the back, speak to Buck after you reach the back and Heatran will appear.

Heatran is immediately catchable and is level 70.




#486 Regigigas of Snowpoint Temple
Note: You NEED Regirock, Registeel and Regice to get Regigigas.
Head to Snowpoint Temple in Snowpoint City with The 3 Regi's in your team, head to the bottom floor and press A on the big statue, Regigigas will awaken.

Regigigas is immediately catchable and is level 70



[size=124]#487 Giratina of TurnBack Cave[/size]
After gaining the National Dex, head to the point highlighted red on the map below, it will appear as a blank spot on your map at the time, but head there.

Enter the Cave and keep entering the doorways to the north, eventually you will come across Giratina.

Giratina is immediately catchable and is level 70.




#488 Cresselia of Full Moon Island
After getting the National Dex (to obtain, you must see all 151 Sinnoh Pokemon then see Professor Rowen after beating the Elite 4) Head to Canalave City, highlighted in red below.


Go to Sailer Eldritch's House and enter, a little boy will be in bed having a nightmare, speak to his mother who will inform you of an item that will wake the boy up, then exit the house.
Speak to Sailer Eldritch who will now allow you to sail to Full Moon Island.
Sail there and follow the path up into the woods.

You will now come across Cresselia


It will then flee the scene leaving behind the item needed to wake the boy from his nightmare, head back and wake the boy.
Cresselia will now be able to catch at level 50 using the PokeLocator (Number 13 On The Poketch)




#489 Phione, Child of Manaphy
Note: Need Manaphy to get Phione
Breed Manaphy with a Ditto in the Day Care Centre.





#490 Manaphy The Mystery Egg
Send over a Manaphy Egg from Pokemon Ranger after completing the special Manaphy Mission. The code for Manaphy is:
P8M2--9D6F--43H7.
Manaphy is originally an egg, but will hatch into a Manaphy after 2816 steps.

Manaphy is the ONLY Legendary Pokemon that can breed to date



#491 Darkrai of New Moon Island
Note: New Moon Island is currently unavailable to reach as it is only reachable through a future Poke Event or cheat cartridge.

After receiving the Member Card, head to Canalave City highlighted in red below.


Head to the Harbor Inn, you will now be able to enter, once inside you will lie in a bed and begin to have a Nightmare.
You will "awake" on Newmoon Island. Follow the path into the forest where you will come across Darkrai.

Darkrai is immediately Catchable and is level 40 (or 30 i forget)




#492 Shaymin of Flower Paradise
Note:The Flower Paradise is currently unavailable to reach as it is only reachable through a future Poke Event or cheat cartridge.

After receiving Oak's Letter, Head to Route 224, highlighted red below.

There you will find Professor Oak, he will then ask you to enter "someone you appreciate" enter a name, keep in mind whatever name you write will be engraved in the shiny rock next to Professor Oak.
Once done Shaymin will appear and run down a long path, start chasing it down the long path till you reach The Flower Paradise.

Shaymin is immediately catchable and is level 30




#493 Arceus The Ancient
Note:Arceus is currently unavailable to reach as it is only reachable through a future Poke Event or cheat cartridge.

After receiving the Azure Flute, head to the top of Mount Coronet (where you previously caught either Palkia or Diagla), once there you will be prompted to play the Azure Flute, after doing so, a stairway will appear, at the top will be Arceus.

Arceus is immediately catchable and is level 70

And that covers the Rare Pokemon in the Sinnoh Region
